Dreamers…Can You Survive the Nightmare? October 2, 2009

Welcome Dreamers to one of your first challenges in the “Can You Survive the Nightmare?” month-long event taking place at ScrapbookDreamer.com this month.

Friday the 13th – might make you shiver if you recall the movie or you might just be superstitious, but for all of us it has some meaning.  Here’s what it means to me right now and this is your challenge:  Based on the movie Friday the 13th, I challenge you to incorporate a masking technique in a LO this month.  You may use an item intended to be a mask or masking screen or get creative and create your own mask using flowers, leaves, die cuts or other shapes.  And then use glimmer mist, paint, ink or anything else over your masked design.  Then remove your mask, complete your LO and unveil your design for us all to see in the Dreamer gallery.

Be creative.  Have fun.

And remember the rules:

September DT projects for ScrapbookDreamer.com October 1, 2009

Still being a bad blogger and I’m way behind.  Autumn in Atlanta has kicked my butt this year with bad allergies and asthma.  So I’ll try to catch up now.  First, I wanted to share my September DT projects for Dreamer.  Lots of great stuff in the store right now, which means these designs came together very smoothly.

My sister and her then fiance and now her husband.  Hmm, maybe I’ll have to scrap a wedding photo or two this month.

Stay tuned for fun things this month at Dreamer.  We have a blog hop starting tomorrow and it will run all month long.  Some come visit us on the message board and check out all the fun we have.  I’m first up tomorrow, so I’ll be posting again then.  Can’t wait…

August DT Products for ScrapbookDreamer.com August 31, 2009

Yikes, I’ve been a bad blogger and am just now showing my August projects for Dreamer.  I’ve been obsessed with Blythe dolls recently, so of course my LOs both feature my Blythe dolls this month.

I loved working with the Fancy Pants papers featured in both of these LOs.

I’m so happy and excited to be serving another DT term at ScrapbookDreamer.com - thanks Laura!  It truly is my home on the web.

Congrats to the returning DT members and to the new ladies joining the team.  I’m so looking forward to the great inspiration for this team.

I played at ScrapFreak.com last month – my friend, Jessica, is on the DT there.  I entered their GDT contest for June and I’m so excited that my LO was chosen and I’m guest designing for ScrapFreak this month.
